Proper Lubrication for Tools and our NEW Outdoor Folding Chair Wood Plans

Proper Lubrication Woodworking Tip
When lubricating the moving parts of woodworking tools, less is better. Apply just one or two drops of oil to most joints. If you apply too much, the excess oil will mix with sawdust and make an abrasive goo that causes moving parts to wear faster. In dusty areas, you may want to use dry lubricants, such as silicone or graphite, to prevent this from happening.
